Android Q beta was shared by Google yesterday. The system has hidden screen recording. However, the screen recorder can be activated. Like the dark mode. Unfortunately, its action leaves much to be desired. Screen recording in the final version of Android Q should be more elaborated.
Android Q beta, as predicted , was released yesterday . Google has launched a public pilot program. Interestingly, the screen recorder tool has been imprinted in the system. Yes, it’s the system screen recording that the green robot has so far missed.
However, screen recording on Android Q beta is hidden. However, the screen recorder can be easily unlocked. This can be done in developer settings. Simply put, you have to find the settings_screenrecord_long_press flag there and turn it on. You can follow this on the following screenshots.
Unfortunately, but screen recording on the Android Q beta at this moment leaves much to be desired. The feature is very unfinished and probably for this reason Google decided to just hide it. Probably in later bets the screen recorder will be refined. Currently, the attempt to take a screenshot disables the registration process and everything is deleted. Also pops up the menu, which you can view below.
Screen recording in the final version of Android Q probably no longer bugs
Google will certainly refine the screen recording and in the final version of Android Q should already work much better. Errors will be removed and should not occur. For now, it’s only an early beta version, which is worth keeping in mind. The final edition of the software should be ready in August.
